Korean foodtech company Armored Fresh (CEO Luna Oh) is garnering worldwide attention by unveiling an advertisement for their oat milk-based vegan cheese 'American Slice' at New York Times Square, USA.

Armored Fresh, a company that exports vegan cheese through 100% domestic production, made its first appearance in the K-Vegan cheese market by showcasing almond milk-based 'cube-shaped vegan cheese' on the New York Times Square billboard at the end of last year. The latest advertisement campaign introduces their new product, 'Oat Milk-based American Slice,' highlighting Armored Fresh's proprietary technology and product competitiveness in the vegan cheese manufacturing, while also signaling an aggressive move towards capturing the global alternative dairy market.

The billboard on Times Square is filled with an eye-catching advertisement image, depicting vegan cheese flowing between hamburger layers in a three-dimensional manner. This visually captures the "melting texture," one of the strengths of 'American Slice,' achieved through Armored Fresh's in-house technology. The image visually conveys a texture and flavor similar to animal-based cheese, enticing the viewers.

In October of last year, Armored Fresh, an exceptional domestic venture company, secured an unprecedented two-year exclusive contract for the prominent billboard at New York Times Square. Through this arrangement, they plan to continue promoting the superiority and competitiveness of K-Vegan cheese. Additionally, due to the significant interest from local American consumers, Armored Fresh is on the verge of launching joint branding with global brands. Consequently, they are focusing on raw material development and expanding their product lineup. Furthermore, they have ambitious plans to officially enter the European market starting this October.
