How we make it :

Zero Dairy cheese includes the Flavor, Taste,
and Nutrients of animal cheese.

Our plant-based cheese is produced through the same process as that of natural cheese, start with the culturing plant-based milk→fermentation→cooking → sterilization→ packaging→cooling.
The core technology is to make plant-based cheese taste through the same process as natural cheese, producing Aroma Compounds such as lactic acid, peptone, and peptides through the fermentation of almond milk.
However, unlike cow milk, plant-based milk does not contain ingredients such as lactose,which makes it challenging to grow lactic acid bacteria.
Even if some growth occurs, the amount of Aroma Compound obtained is little. Therefore, our technology helps the proliferation of plant-based lactic acid bacteria in plant-based milk and obtain a sufficient amount of ingredients that make the natural aroma compounds.
