Progressive Grocer, a historically significant monthly publication founded in the United States in 1922, provides information on food market trends, innovations in the food industry, and consumer trends to stakeholders. Since 2004, specialized editors have annually selected the most creative and innovative food products newly launched worldwide. This year, Armored Fresh's 'Almond Milk Cube Cheese Plain' has been named the '2023 Best New Product.'
The 'Vegan Choice Award' is an accolade presented to vegan products, restaurants, or services that contribute to positive change for people, animals, and the environment, as evaluated by diverse professionals such as business experts, marketing specialists, nutritionists, chefs, and others with extensive knowledge of the vegan industry. Armored Fresh's 'Oat Milk Cheese American Slice' has received this award.
The 'Oat Milk Cheese American Slice' is a plant-based cheese with a base of oats, allowing even consumers with nut allergies to enjoy it. It offers a taste and flavor that rivals animal-based cheese and excels in its excellent melting properties.
Armored Fresh's cheeses aim to address the shortcomings of traditional vegan cheeses and, furthermore, aspire to replace animal-based cheeses. They have broadened the range of choices available to consumers.
Armored Fresh also participated as a sponsor in the Vegandale Fest 2023, which took place at the Los Angeles State Historic Park on October 28th, drawing a crowd of over 30,000 people. They have plans to engage with potential consumers by participating in PLMA in Chicago this month and PBW EUROPE in London.
Luna Oh, the CEO of Armored Fresh, expressed her gratitude, saying, "We have consistently showcased Armored Fresh's cheeses through various opportunities, and I am thankful for the generous praise we have received each time." She went on to say, "Through this award, we feel the increased industry interest in our cheeses, and we will continue to work tirelessly in the future."
